Inviting applications for the role of Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis, R2R
In this role, Manager financial planning and Analysis is needed for Banking client. Directly supporting Client, CFO and Senior Leadership for day-to-day engagements.

Responsibilities
• The Lead Client Partner will lead all aspects of strategic client relationships for global engagements in the BCM industry sectors, ensuring continued growth for priority accounts in the region,
• Network within the organization to build relationships at all levels (decision makers and influencers),
• Engage executives effectively in exploratory discussions to understand their needs
• Be comfortable in engaging in discussions in business functions where he/she does not have deep expertise,
• Challenge thinking of these executives in respectful manner and helps them shape their strategic agenda and priorities,
• Effectively tap into domain experts and SMEs at Genpact to educate himself/herself and figure out the right ideas to take to clients; pulls in SMEs into the right client discussions,
• Have deep understanding of Genpact’s capabilities and services and how they can deliver value to customers,
• Articulate and tailor value proposition based on the needs identified for client and differentiation of Genpact,
• Effectively construct and tell a compelling and clear story around the value proposition both orally and in presentations,
• Lead deal process end-to-end including mapping and establishing relationships with all partners.

Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum Qualifications
• CA Inter / Postgraduate / MBA Finance (Candidate with B.Com in Graduation)

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
• CA Inter / Postgraduate / MBA Finance (Candidate with B.Com in Graduation)
• Relevant work experience
• Preferred qualifications
• Good exposure in FP&A domain with relevant years of experience.
• Very good written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office applications, especially in MS Excel
