Summary

The role of Manager is to oversee the accounting, reporting; assists the operation leaders on resolving issues; generates ideas for and participates in process improvement opportunities.

The Manager will be responsible for timely completion of activities as part of the FP&A function, which would include legal entity, country and regional financial reporting; managing accounting; group reporting for forecasts and budgets; period-end close & reporting; ensuring accuracy and timeliness of group reporting; adapt quickly to new requirements and changes communicated by Group finance and Operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible to meet the monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting requirements in accordance with TP Group finance requirements
  • Work with the Operation Leader and internal reporting teams to ensure accuracy of information used for Group reporting and management reporting
  • Coordinate activities of all reporting units to ensure accuracy, consistency and timeliness across all reporting units
  • Work with other finance leaders and leaders of other functions to collect financial and non-financial information needed as per group reporting requirements
  • Respond to questions from TP Group finance and Operations in a timely manner providing precise answers with the required detail
  • Implement best practices in the Accounting, Group Reporting function, documenting policies and procedures for the process
  • Involve in new systems implementation


Required skills and experience:

  • 6-8 years of experience in Financial Planning, Reporting MIS or Management reporting preferably in the BPO industry.
  • Chartered Accountant
  • Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills
  • Strong financial modelling skills, along with understanding of financial reporting
  • Must be detail-oriented and have the ability to perform in high pressure situations
  • High proficiency in MS Excel and experience in working with a large ERP/Financial System
  • Experience of working on Tally Prime, D365 accounting tool, Magnitude reporting tool is preferred
  • Ability to effectively interact with and present ideas to people across different functions.
