Senior Customer Success Manager

What You'll Do:Own the implementation process for 10-20+ enterprise customer accounts, acting as the primary point of contact.Collaborate with customers to understand their IT environment, analyze the potential return on investment (ROI) of our cloud solution, and define a customized deployment plan.Work closely with customers to identify maintenance windows and seamlessly deploy the solution.Develop data-driven monthly ROI reports and quarterly deployment plans.Prioritize customer success by ensuring rapid and impactful deployments while maintaining strong business ROI.Provide exceptional customer support, addressing technical queries and collaborating with cloud architects for complex issues.Partner with the product team to translate customer feature requests into actionable improvements.You'll have the opportunity to work with clients across the US and Europe, fostering strong relationships and building a successful track record.
Requirements:4-8 years of relevant experience, including a minimum of 3 years in a customer delivery, implementation, or support role.Proven expertise in public cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, and GCP.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks simultaneously.Excellent presentation and communication skills to effectively interact with customers at all levels.
