Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant with strong knowledge of
Indian accounng standards, GST, TDS, income tax, and statutory compliance. The ideal
candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate nancial records, preparing tax returns,
and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Maintain day-to-day accoun¢ng records in Zoho
Prepare and manage general ledger entries, bank reconcilia¢ons, and journal
vouchers.

Handle accounts payable and receivable func¢ons.
Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual nancial closings.
Generate MIS reports for management review.
¢¢ Taxa¢on:

¢
Prepare and le monthly/quarterly GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9).
Reconcile GST input credit with GSTR-2B and books.
GST Refund
Deduct and deposit TDS/TCS as applicable, and le quarterly TDS returns (Form 24Q,
26Q).

Assist in prepara¢on of income tax computa¢ons and returns.
Handle tax assessments, audits, and no¢ces with support from external consultants.
¢¢¢¢¢¢¢¢ Compliance:

Ensure ¢mely ling of statutory returns: GST, TDS, PT, PF, ESI, etc.
Maintain compliance calendars and support statutory and internal audits.
Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and government departments as needed.
Required Skills and Qualica¢ons:

Bachelors degree in Commerce (B.Com), Masters degree (M.Com/MBA Finance), or
semi-qualied CA/ICWA.

Strong knowledge of Indian Accoun¢ng Standards, GST, Income Tax and TDS,
Prociency in Excel, and accoun¢ng so¢ware (Zoho is a plus).
Familiarity with government portals like GSTN, TRACES, MCA21, and Income Tax e-
ling.

Strong a¢en¢on to detail, analy¢cal skills, and ¢me management.
