We’re looking for an amazing addition to our Live entertainment vertical who can work with the HOD to lead a team while also creating, onboarding & managing key artist tours and artist led intiatives across the country for Paytm InsiderJob Responsibilities:

Fostering & leading a team to create, onboard & manage artist tours across live entertainment categories like music and comedyCreative & Strategic input to develop and manage tours with your own team that includes :-Owning & managing PnL’s & processes-Consumer marketing-Working with sales teams to create branded solution opportunities-Client/Artist/Agency servicing-Travel and be onground for events-Work efficiently with internal stakeholders like marketing, design, tech/product, finance to create an impact for various projects-Working towards qualitative and quantitative targets of the vertical along with the dedicated team

Qualifications:

8+ years of experience in a similar roleExperienced in working with digital / onground ticketed IPs, Festivals and/or artist toursDeep understanding of the touring landscape in India and a deeper understanding of comedians and musicians across various genres in the countryExcellent attention to detail, follow-through, organization, and resourcefulnessYou should be able to independently manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise responsibilitiesYou should be able to lead a team of 5-8 people across projects and worth with the HOD to create a growth part for every team memberExperience with project management preferred
