Roles and Responsibilities-
Architectural Design (75%):
Lead the architectural design and evolution of the company's software products.
Develop high-level product specifications with attention to system integration and feasibility.
Evaluate and select appropriate technologies and frameworks to meet business needs.
Ensure the scalability, performance, and security of the architecture.
Technical Leadership and Stakeholder Management (25%):
Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring best practices are followed. Review code and architecture to ensure adherence to quality standards and the overall architectural vision. Mentor and coach senior developers to foster a deep understanding of architectural principles. Collaborate closely with product management, engineering teams, and other stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals, while communicating architectural decisions and their rationale to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Technical Skills
Deep expertise in C#, .NET, .NetCore, and associated Microsoft technologies.
Extensive experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) and cloud-native architecture.
Strong proficiency in database design and management, particularly with MSSQL. Experience with RESTful API design, microservices architecture, and service-oriented architecture (SOA).
Familiarity with frontend technologies like JavaScript, React, Angular, or similar frameworks.
Secondary Skills Strong knowledge of design patterns, architectural frameworks, and best practices.
Proficient in CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
In-depth knowledge of SDLC processes, including Agile methodologies.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
