Roles and Responsibilities

  • Source top talent through various channels such as job portals, social media, headhunting, and referrals.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding new hires.
  • Conduct interviews and assess candidate fit for open positions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide them with suitable candidates.
  • Ensure timely communication with both clients (stakeholders) and candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Strong understanding of ATs, End-to-End Recruitment, Headhunting, Interviewing, Job Posting, Leadership Hiring, Niche Hiring, Non-IT Recruitment, Screening/Shortlisting/Sourcing/Stakeholder Management/Talent Sourcing/Lateral Hiring/Sales Hiring.
  • 1-6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or related field (HR/Recruitment).
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
