We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Analyst who will primarily focus on business research, data analysis, and strategic insights to support decision-making for the leadership team. In addition, the candidate will provide limited executive assistance support to the CEO for coordination and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct business analysis, research, and prepare insights to support strategy and decision-making.

Build dashboards, reports, and presentations for management reviews.

Track key business metrics and ensure timely updates for leadership.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams for data gathering and project coordination.

Support the CEO by attending meetings, preparing Minutes of Meeting (MoM), and ensuring action-item follow-ups(as needed).

Manage sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

Assist in driving high-priority business projects and growth initiatives.

Requirements

Graduate/Post-Graduate with 3–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst  (with exposure to executive coordination preferred).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data into actionable insights.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); knowledge of reporting tools is a plus.
