Applicant’s Specifications & Qualification:

  • Language Proficiency - Good command over English suitable for an international process.
  • Minimum 5-6 years of experience in BPO – Voice & Backend in International Process
  • Minimum 2-3 years of working experience as an Associate Quality Manager.
  • Excellent skills on MS Office/Quality Tools/Data Analysis/Analytical Skills/Reporting.
  • Six Sigma Green belt trained/certified with minimum of one completed project.
  • Understanding of ISO 9001:2015 Basics.
  • Good Knowledge of Audit and Evaluation function, giving feedback and objection handling.
  • Excellent hands-on skills to get into the process deeply & ability to identify the gaps and suggest improvement plans to clients.
  • Candidate should be ready to work in a 24*7 environment.
  • Usage of tools to determine process and gage variation.
  • Usage of tools such as FMEA, Process mapping, CTQ drill down, RCA, etc.

  • Overall Experience: 6 years
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Should be open to work 24X7.
  • Understanding of the Business situation and capability to address issues.
  • Shows flexibility/ownership & works under pressure situation.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work within challenging environment with tight delivery timelines.
  • Keen to learn and handle more.
  • Self-motivated Team player and a proven leader
