We’re a Bangalore-based, funded startup, on a mission to build a global brand from India, powered by a team of engineers obsessed with building cutting-edge tech.Note : Please send your application to In your application, please mention one backend project that you are most proud of.What You'll Build- Lead the design and development of production-ready voice AI agents.- Core backend infrastructure for concurrent voice AI conversations- Real-time voice processing and AI orchestration systems- Scalable APIs and monitoring systems for AI deployments- High-performance data pipelines- Mentor and guide the engineering team, enforcing best practices and clean code.- Participate in architectural decisions and roadmap planning.Requirements- Strong Python expertise and system design skills- Production experience with REST APIs (FastAPI preferred)- Deep knowledge of PostgreSQL and Redis- Hands-on with cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure) and scalable system design.- Deep understanding of speech AI technologies: STT, TTS, ASR, and NLP.- Ability to write clean, tested, and maintainable codeWhat Sets You Apart- Experience with WebRTC or real-time communication- Background in audio processing or ML deployment- Contributions to open-source projects- Experience with distributed systemsWhat We Offer- Competitive salary: ₹20L–₹50L/year (based on experience & impact)- Equity: 0.2%–1% for early key hires- High ownership: Lead technical decisions and shape the product- ️ Cutting-edge tech: AI, voice, real-time pipelines, production systems- Flexible & remote-friendlyHow to Apply:Please send your application to In your application, mention one backend project you’re most proud of and tell us why it makes you a strong fit for this role.
