End-to-end responsibility for roll-out and adoption of the Advisory International KM portal that is currently under development.

We will count on you to:
Take immediate charge of the ongoing project plan for timely roll-out of the portal to business teams. This would include:
Completion of ongoing compilation of case studies, people bios, marketing collaterals etc.
Effective content management on the platform as per the defined taxonomy – metadata tagging, appropriate folder and document structuring (May need to be redefined as the scope expands).
Contribute towards sanitization of uploaded documents by anonymizing client names and other confidential information, retaining relevant sections of the presentation / reports, etc.
Create and maintain process quality checks, final inspections before documents are uploaded on the KM platform.
Engage with the business leaders to demo the portal and compellingly articulate the potential value to their teams. Long-term success in this role will be contingent on relationship-building with regional leaders to ensure compilation of relevant inputs from their teams.
Create a plan for a staggered roll-out over time and drive timely accomplishment of project milestones along the way.
After the launch of the portal: Evangelise the portal and identify means to ensure consistent adoption by business teams.
Send periodic newsletters highlighting the content additions and other developments on the platform,
Periodically report on utilization stats for the platform,
Drive on engagement on platforms such as townhalls, leadership meetings, Viva Engage, etc.
Ongoing maintenance of the repositories for easy accessibility to current information. Implement a plan for regular cadence with Marketing and regional business teams to make requisite updates and curate new content additions.
Seek inputs from the project sponsors and business leaders on areas of expanded support that might help client executives when preparing for key meetings with existing and potential clients on short notice.
Work with Data Scientists in Knowledge Services to drive automation and incorporation of features to elevate the user experience.
Over time, design a robust KM framework and process documentation for expansion of the portal and the KM capability to cater to broader business requirements.
What you need to have:
MBA, BE Computer Science / IT, B.Sc. IT or any equivalent field.
Prior Content & Knowledge Management experience with a Consulting / Financial Services / IT organization.
Proficiency on content management systems such as SharePoint Online, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), etc.
Advanced proficiency in MS Office - PowerPoint, Word, Excel.
Experience working with global stakeholders from different regions.
Effective project management skills and ability to drive consistent adherence to delivery plans.
Excellent communication skills – verbal, writing, listening.
Being able to mobilise fellow Knowledge Services colleagues with varying skillsets to drive multidisciplinary initiatives to fruitful completion.
