Key Responsibilities:
Student Counseling: Provide one-on-one counseling sessions to students and parents, offering advice on studying abroad, selecting the right country, course, and university based on the student’s profile, interests, and career aspirations.
Course and University Selection: Assist students in researching courses and universities, providing detailed information about the programs, admission criteria, and future career prospects.
Application Guidance: Guide students through the application process, including filling out application forms, preparing documents
Follow-up and Support: Maintain regular contact with students during the entire process, addressing their queries, providing updates on their application status, and offering additional support as needed.
Stay Updated: Keep up with the latest developments in overseas education, including changes in admission processes, visa requirements, and scholarships.
Build Relationships: Develop and maintain relationships with universities, colleges, and educational institutions abroad to stay informed about available programs and admissions.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field.
Proven experience as an Education Counselor, Study Abroad Consultant, or similar role.
In-depth knowledge of overseas education systems, university admissions, and visa processes.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and counseling skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in using MS Office.
Prior experience in this field is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in career counseling or international education or prior experience in this field is preferred.
