We are looking for an Information Security Engineer with Okta, IDAM skills and project management, scrum master to be part of our team. We are in the process of extending our identity border to enable Cisco to rapidly accept Okta, AWS and the broader use of Cloud. We are looking for an infusion of talent that can help accelerate these transitions.
What you will do :
While understanding and operating our sophisticated enterprise environment we'll look to you to recommend and implement automation of our services shifting to a self-service model, as well as explore and implement new IDAM technologies. We look forward to your creativity in moving our team towards a common goal with accurate sprint planning and scrum leadership.
Who You'll Work With:
You will work with our innovative Cisco Customer Identity team as part of Enterprise Security at Cisco where you will collaborate with other teams within Enterprise Security and broader IT teams. You will provide sprint planning and support team for IDAM capabilities delivery on time and will grow beyond other areas in a cross functional team setup.

At a minimum, we require:
Experience in project management, Scrum master and co-ordinated 2-3 scrum teamsKnowledge with Okta Identity Engine (OIE)Expertise with sprint planning, velocity & thorughputcharts, metrics, JIRA align/ JIRA cloud, Epics, story, bugs, tasks etc., as a scrum master.Desire and ability to learn and use new technologies.10+ years in IT industry efficiently delivering in an enterprise environment.BS Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related major such as Math, Physics.Keen to learn legacy internal apps CPR (Central profile repo), CEPM (Cisco enterprise policy model)
Additional qualifications may include:
Team management, Good communication skillsIdentity Management platforms and processes, i.e. Okta, SailPoint, CyberArk, Ping and others.Familiarity with SSO, Zero Trust architecture and implementation.Python, Java or equivalent.Prior knowledge of Inbound Federation, realms, Lambda services,RedHat Linux automation platform.Experience with monitoring or logging analysis tools (System Center Operations Manager, Splunk).
