Job Description
Open Position : Ecommerce & Tiktok Operation Livestream
Key requirements:
  • You must have hands on experience managing Ecommerce channels (e.g. Shopee, TikTok Shop) and keep experimenting to improve ATC, CVR and AOV
  • Change out visuals and PDP images/copy regularly, depending on campaign
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key Ecommerce platform account managers, and be the main point of contact, ensuring participation in platform level campaigns to get more traffic boosts/exposure
  • Create and implement tactical offers/mechanics/promotions 
  • Responsible for the daily livestreaming operation
  • Support the host in preparing the materials before the livestreaming session
  • Facilitate the operations during livestreaming session, handle and follow-up live data, analyze data for optimization and planning
  • Develop livestreaming strategy and execution plan to boost GMV during livestreaming
