We have an exciting opportunity for the position of Senior Manager - Digital Marketing in Bengaluru location. It is a full time and work from office opportunity.
Skills and Experience Required:
- 10+ years of Experience in digital and performance marketing in healthcare/diagnostics.
- Expertise in SEO, SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns. Performance marketing to generate revenue for diagnostics as well as research services, with a clear execution plan on ROI.
- Experience of Design, build and maintain social media presence.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
- Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels.
- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.
- Experience in enhancing digital content, client funnel and in A/B multivariate experiments.
- Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
- Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration.
- Define key insights for campaign development and go-to-market strategies and recommendations on tactics.
- Conceptualize and execute on multi-channel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging across all channels.
- Experience in setting up and upgrading Google Adwords campaigns
Educational Qualification:
Masters in Digital Marketing/Marketing or similar education from a reputed university.
