As a Compliance Manager, you'll lead the compliance function, driving audits, risk management, and continuous improvement initiatives. With your Lean Six Sigma Black Belt expertise, you'll shape compliance frameworks, coach teams, and work directly with leadership to embed regulatory excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Lead compliance audits across global operations.
  • Drive risk assessments, root cause analysis, and mitigation strategies.
  • Develop and implement compliance policies and governance frameworks.
  • Mentor and guide the compliance team, ensuring alignment with LSS methodologies.
  • Partner with senior leadership for compliance strategy, reporting, and remediation.
  • Champion continuous improvement initiatives in compliance processes.
  • Conduct compliance reviews, audits, and process assessments.
  • Identify gaps in compliance and assist in developing corrective actions.
  • Prepare reports and dashboards for management review.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Legal, Finance, Operations) to ensure compliance awareness.
  • Apply Lean Six Sigma principles to streamline compliance operations.

Qualifications

  • 5–12 years of experience in compliance, auditing, or risk management.
  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certified.
  • Proven leadership skills with experience managing compliance functions.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
