Job Title: Back Office Executive

Organization Name: Firstcry Intellitots Preschool and Daycare

Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the preschool and daycare center

Manage admissions, student records, and documentation efficiently

Handle front-desk operations, including phone calls, inquiries, and parent communication

Coordinate with teachers, staff, and management to ensure smooth functioning

Manage staff attendance, schedules, and basic support

Ensure adherence to safety, hygiene, and compliance protocols

Maintain inventory of school supplies, learning materials, and daycare essentials

Assist in event planning and parent engagement activities

Prepare and share reports with management as required

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Administration, Management, Education, or a related field

1–2 years of experience in administration (experience in preschool/daycare/education sector preferred)

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic computer operations

Ability to handle parents, staff, and children with professionalism and empathy

Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail

Eligibility:

Available for a full-time (in-office) role

Can join immediately (ASAP)

Have relevant skills and interests in administration & preschool/daycare operations
