Job Title: Head of Software Development


Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Software Development to lead our software engineering team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex projects with tight deadlines, overseeing teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions. The Head of Software Development will be responsible for guiding the technical direction of the team, ensuring audit compliance, and driving the overall success of the development process.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the software development team to deliver complex projects within stringent timelines.
  • Define and implement strategies for efficient project execution, including issue resolution, and ensuring compliance with best practices in software development.
  • Oversee all stages of the development lifecycle, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
  • Handle audit-related concerns, including Information Security and VAPT audits, ensuring timely resolution of any issues.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to ensure seamless project integration and successful outcomes.


Technical Skills:

  • Expertise in C# .NET technology, and proficiency in developing software applications.
  • Strong knowledge of Java programming and experience with Java-based solutions.
  • Solid experience working with SQL Server, including database management and optimization.
  • Knowledge of Cloud Technologies such as AWS or Azure is a must.


Required Competencies:

  • Proven leadership skills with experience in team management, conflict resolution, and driving team performance.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.


  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a results-oriented mindset.
