Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ghaziabad for a Travel Sales Consultant. The Travel Sales Consultant will be responsible for providing travel consulting services, managing travel arrangements, making reservations, and offering exceptional customer service. Daily tasks include creating customized travel itineraries, coordinating with clients, booking flights and accommodations, and resolving any travel-related issues. The consultant will also work closely with local partners to ensure the best experiences for clients.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Travel Consulting, Travel Management, and handling Travel Arrangements
- Strong Customer Service skills and ability to manage Reservations
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in the travel industry is a plus
- Ability to work on-site in Ghaziabad
- Relevant educational background in Travel, Tourism, or related fields
