Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Cloud Sales Consultant located in Ghaziabad. The Cloud Sales Consultant will be responsible for engaging potential customers, understanding their needs, providing customized cloud solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include managing client relationships, consulting on cloud strategies, and collaborating closely with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet clients' strategic goals.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Sales Consulting and Customer Service skills
  • Strong Communication and Customer Satisfaction skills
  • Experience in Consulting within the technology or cloud computing sector
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
  • Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
