Physical demands Site supervisors often work full-time, may be on call 24/7 for emergencies, and may need to work evenings or weekends to meet deadlines. The role requires being physically present on-site and may involve travel between multiple sites. Requirements Conducting surveys and gathering data for land development and construction projects. Designing and setting up survey systems, including total stations and GPS receivers. Performing calculations and analyzing data to produce accurate survey reports.
