Documentation and reporting: Prepare and maintain site reports, document work done, and ensure all materials used are properly accounted for.  Essential skills and qualifications Technical knowledge: Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, safety standards, and the ability to read and interpret blueprints. Leadership and communication: Ability to lead a team, motivate workers, resolve conflicts, and communicate effectively with all stakeholders. Problem-solving: Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to address issues and make timely decisions on-site. Organization: Excellent time management and organizational abilities to keep the project on schedule and handle multiple tasks. Education and experience: A diploma or degree in a related field like Civil Engineering or Construction Management, along with several years of relevant experience, is often required.  Physical demands Site supervisors often work full-time, may be on call 24/7 for emergencies, and may need to work evenings or weekends to meet deadlines.
