ServiceNow security and user permissions in adherence to best practices Configuring and managing ServiceNow modules.Ability to engage with customers to understand requirements and provide appropriate ServiceNow solution recommendations as needed.Analyze complex business problems and assess how ServiceNow can provide solutions that meet business and technical requirements.Capable of working independently and providing quality control of customer-specific extensions, configurations, and integrationsExcellent communication (written and verbal), interpersonal and organizational skills.Bachelor's or master’s degree in computer science or related fieldExperience working in an agile environment preferably Scaled Agile (SAFe)Implementation, Customization and Maintenance experience in other ServiceNow modules such as ITOM/ ITSM/ ITBM/ ITAM/ HRSD etc would be an advantage.Should be ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and preferably Certified implementation Specialist – CSM
