Responsibilities :

- Conduct comprehensive testing of software applications, including functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.

- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure the quality and reliability of various product platforms.

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and business analysts to understand requirements and ensure alignment on testing objectives.

- Identify, document, and track application/platform defects.

- Participate in Agile development processes, including daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings.

- Provide timely and accurate status updates on testing progress, issues, and risks to project stakeholders.

- Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

- Mentor junior QA team members and provide guidance on testing best practices.

Requirements :

- Proven experience of 5+ years in software quality assurance, with a focus on web and mobile applications.

- Hands-on experience with communication applications in low-bandwidth environments, with a demonstrated ability to test and identify edge cases.

- Proficiency in developing and implementing automated test scripts and reports using Appium, Selenium, and other relevant automation tools.

- Strong understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.

- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
