Lead Conversion : Handle inbound leads and convert them into enrollments through effective follow-ups. ???? Target Achievement : Consistently meet sales and enrollment targets. ???? CRM Management : Track leads and maintain accurate records. ???? Experience : 1+ year in sales/counselling (Ed Tech preferred). ???? Communication : Excellent verbal & written English. ???? Skills : Strong client handling, persuasion & negotiation. ????
