Trading Systems Analyst

Job Purpose Deep expertise in Fixed Income Capital Markets, trade lifecycle management, and trading platform design/build. Bridge business and technology, define requirements for complex trading workflows, and collaborate with global development and business teams to deliver high‑performance, real‑time solutions. Desired Skills and experience - 6–10 years of experience in Business Analysis within Capital Markets, with at least 5+ years focused on Fixed Income. - Strong understanding of trade lifecycle, clearing/settlement processes, and regulatory frameworks (FINRA, MiFID, Dodd‑Frank). - Hands‑on experience with SWIFT and FIX messaging standards; ability to interpret message schemas and troubleshoot integration issues. - Exposure to trading platforms (e.G., ION, Bloomberg, TradeWeb) and blotter systems; familiarity with OMS/EMS workflows. - Proven ability to document BRDs, FRDs, use cases, and process flows, proficiency in tools like Visio, JIRA, Confluence. - Experience with real‑time transaction systems, market data feeds, and latency‑sensitive workflows. - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving skills. - Prior experience working with global teams and managing cross‑border delivery. Nice to Have - Knowledge of derivatives (swaps, options) and structured products. - Familiarity with cloud‑native architectures, microservices, and API‑driven integration. - Understanding data analytics for trade performance and risk metrics. Education - Bachelor’s/Master’s in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or related field
