Job Description:

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join us in the role of Vice President/Senior Vice President - Head of Data and AI Delivery. This key leadership position will be based in Gurgaon, India, requiring onsite presence five days a week. As the Head of Data and AI Delivery, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of data and artificial intelligence projects, managing a substantial team, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership and Team Management:

· Provide visionary leadership to the Data and AI delivery team.

· Manage and mentor a large team of - professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration.

· Develop and implement strategies to enhance team performance, engagement, and career growth.

· Prior experience working with consulting firms and managing a large team is preferred.

Delivery Oversight:

· Lead and oversee end-to-end project delivery processes, ensuring adherence to quality standards and timelines.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline project execution and resolve challenges efficiently.

· Develop and implement best practices for project delivery, ensuring continuous improvement.

· Must have prior experience in delivering to direct end clients.

Client Collaboration:

· Utilize your proven ability to work directly with end clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring that project outcomes align with client expectations.

· Establish and maintain strong client relationships, fostering trust and delivering value-added solutions.

Strategic Contribution:

· Collaborate with executive leadership to contribute to strategic decision-making and the development of organizational objectives.

· Provide insights and recommendations based on a deep understanding of Data and AI, industry trends, and market dynamics.

Analytical Skills:

· Demonstrate strong analytical skills with a focus on financial numbers, project margins, and performance metrics.

· Identify opportunities for cost optimization and revenue enhancement, ensuring the financial health of the Data and AI delivery function.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

· Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to align project delivery with business objectives.

· Foster effective communication and collaboration across departments to drive successful project outcomes.
