Role Overview

We are looking for a  Social Media & Content Manager to lead content creation and brand presence across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and other platforms. The primary focus will be  Chēri , our smart beauty tools brand and House of Shanti while also supporting Nema Homes as needed.

This is a hands-on role that combines strategy and execution. You will work closely with the founders to plan, create, publish, and analyze content, manage influencer collaborations, and ensure consistent brand storytelling.

Key Responsibilities
  • Content Strategy: Develop monthly content calendars aligned with campaigns, storytelling pillars, and product launches.
  • Content Creation: Write captions, scripts, and overlays; design carousels, stories, and posts using Canva or similar tools.
  • Video Production: Shoot and edit short-form video content (Reels, TikTok, Stories) using editing apps (CapCut, VN, Adobe Rush).
  • Publishing & Scheduling: Manage daily posting via Meta Suite, Later, or similar platforms.
  • Community Engagement: Respond to DMs and comments, run engagement activities, and build an authentic brand community.
  • Influencer & PR Coordination: Identify and manage collaborations with influencers; coordinate PR packages and track results.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Monitor KPIs (reach, engagement, follower growth, conversions) and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.
  • Trend & Competitor Monitoring: Track social media trends and competitor content; adapt relevant formats to brand tone.
  • Team Coordination: Collaborate with interns, freelancers, and influencer partners to scale content output.
Required Skills
  • Strong writing skills and ability to adapt tone (poetic, professional, conversational).
  • Proficiency with Canva (mandatory); Photoshop/CorelDraw is a plus.
  • Basic video editing skills (CapCut, VN, Adobe Rush, or similar).
  • Experience with Meta Business Suite, Later, or other scheduling tools.
  • Understanding of social media analytics and ability to report with insights.
  • Organized, creative, and able to take ownership of deliverables.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Design, Media, English, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in social media management or content creation (D2C brands, agencies, or personal brands preferred).
  • Portfolio of past social media work (brand campaigns, content samples, or personal projects).
  • Strong aesthetic sense and passion for storytelling in beauty, wellness, or lifestyle.
Location & Work Model
  • Primary base: North Goa (founders are based here).
  • Relocation support available after successful 4-week paid remote trial.
  • Hybrid structure: mix of in-person and remote work as required.
