Presales Specialist – Network TransformationLocation: BangaloreMin Experience5+ years of relevant experienceRole DescriptionWe are seeking a dynamic and technically proficient Presales Specialist – Network Transformation to support our enterprise IT infrastructure business. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing and proposing networking solutions from leading OEMs such as Aruba, Cisco, Juniper, Ruckus, Arista, Fortinet, HPE, and Dell, among others.Key Responsibilities Engage with customers to understand their IT infrastructure, especially network environments, pain points, and transformation goals. Design and propose scalable, secure, and cost-effective network transformation solutions including SD-WAN, MPLS, LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, and cloud-based networking. Prepare and deliver compelling technical presentations, solutions documents, bill of materials, and RFP responses. Collaborate with OEMs (Cisco, Juniper, HPE Aruba, etc.) and internal solution teams to align offerings with customer needs. Provide technical consulting and support during sales cycles including PoCs, workshops, and solution walkthroughs. Work closely with post-sales teams to ensure smooth handover and customer satisfaction.Personality Traits- Effective verbal and written Communication Skills- Presentation skills- Ability to defuse potential escalations- Sense of ownership and urgency- Passion for upskilling and staying current to market trends- Ready to work in ShiftsRequired Skills 6+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and networking with at least 3 years in a presales or solutioning role. Strong understanding of network design, LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, firewalls, load balancers, and SD-WAN technologies. Experience in network assessments, transformation roadmaps, and migration strategies. Certifications such as CCNP, CCDP, NSE, or equivalent are preferred. Strong presentation, communication, and proposal writing skills. Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple customer engagements simultaneously.interested candidate can reach to
