Jayantilal and Company (J&C) is a high end stone artefacts manufacturing company established in 1955. As an Industrial Designer at J&C:

  • You'll be embedded in the entire product development process, from conducting research to creating renders and overlooking the production of the products at hand.
  • Your projects will involve working with different varieties of natural stone and mixed media.
  • You will also play a role in contributing to systems and processes that allow us to scale the design function and culture at the company.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design or equivalent field.
  • ⁠Ability to deeply understand our clients and their pain points by conducting research.
  • ⁠3-5 years experience in a similar industry/production unit (Industrial Design, Interior Design, Architecture).
  • ⁠Strong 3D modeling skills (AutoCAD, Rhino) and visual design skills (Adobe, Figma).
  • ⁠Ability to present your ideas through sketches and CAD models to leadership.
  • ⁠Balance product vision with practical implementation.
  • ⁠Provide and seek feedback from stakeholders to ensure high quality design work
