Key Responsibilities
Property Sourcing Across Regions
Travel across Chhattisgarh and other states to identify and source land parcels, commercial spaces, retail units, industrial sheds, and institutional properties.
Build a regional database of verified and marketable properties for leasing, sale, or collaboration.
Client Handling & Relationship Management
Coordinate with clients (corporates, brands, investors, developers) to understand requirements.
Present suitable property options, answer queries, and ensure seamless communication throughout the transaction process.
Site Visits & Inspections
Conduct physical site visits, collect all technical and legal information, capture geo-tagged photos/videos.
Prepare visit reports and property evaluation summaries for internal and client use.
Transaction Execution Support
Assist in negotiations between landlords and clients regarding lease/sale or other terms.
Coordinate documentation, legal verification, and closing formalities in collaboration with the back-office team.
End-to-End Deal Management
Take full responsibility from sourcing to final closure of transactions.
Ensure timely follow-ups, documentation, and brokerage invoicing from both parties involved.
Reporting & Data Management
Maintain daily travel logs, visit reports, and updated inventory records.
Share regular status updates with the Sr. management and deal teams
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
