Job Description :


Must have :

- Over 2 years of hands-on experience in implementing/configuring Salesforce Marketing Cloud personalization solutions.

- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript languages with a good understanding of web development.

- Good experience in personalization mobile campaigns

- Experience in creating Salesforce MC Personalization on Sitemap, including site elements tagging.

- Ability to set up and maintain product catalogues within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

- Competence in creating segments within Salesforce Marketing Cloud for targeted audience engagement.

- Ability to create campaign templates within Salesforce Marketing Cloud

- Experience in configuring and validating campaigns on websites and apps through MCP.

- Proficiency in monitoring and reporting on campaign performance metrics for continuous improvement.

- Ability to analyze data for insights to optimize campaign performance.

- Strong project management abilities for coordinating personalized marketing campaigns.

Good to Have :

- Familiarity with advanced personalization techniques like dynamic content and predictive intelligence.

- Possession of relevant Salesforce certifications, particularly Marketing Cloud certifications.
