Manufacturing Manager

Strong leadership skills and ability to managecrossfunctional team members.
Thorough knowledge on ISO9001 requirements related to manufacturing/equipment
maintenance and continuous improvement activities like 5S/cycletime reduction/Quick
changer/eliminating waste/operatorsskill enhancement/developing vendors/root causeanalysis and other.
Must have excellentcommunication skills (oral & written)
Must knowkannada language and preference will be given to candidates fromKarnataka
state. Brief Job Description:
Ensure production planning is done as per customer deliveryrequirements and adhere to
same.
Ensureavailability of machine/material/tools/jigs/fixtures and otherrequired for uninterrupted
production.
Reviewdaily production plan and take necessary action to complete jobs ontime.
Coordinate with other functions likequality/design/purchase for completion of
manufacturingorders on time.
Maintain product quality requirements asper drawing and ensure zero defects.
Responding tocustomer complaints on time and implementing necessary correctiveaction to
eliminate root cause/s.
Preparingmonthly production performance reports on time analyzing the datainitiating
corrective action wherever required andreporting to management. Supervise production operators and ensure allotted tasksare complete on time.
Train teach encourage productionteam and ensure their efficiency is increased. Ensure periodic preventive maintenance is done for allmachines and equipment on time.
Providing quotations tocustomers on time.
Keep track of inventory at all thestages of manufacturing and ensure it does notincrease. Deliverables: 1. Ontime delivery
2. Ontime response tocustomer complaints and resolution
3. Production processefficiency improvement
4. Creating positive workingenvironment and team building
5. Increasing gross profityear on year
6. Inventory reduction andmanagement.
