RESPONSIBILITIES :

PlantMaintenance/Improvements

MaintenanceGatekeeper

Management of maintenancecosts

Inspection monitoring maintenance andrepair according to the latest safety standards

Plant maintenance and asset preservation

Shutdowns and TurnAround Maintenance

PlantEquipment Compliance Asset Strategy and Technical Support

Ensure plant equipment is test and inspection compliantwith all applicable codes and standards; such as mechanicalintegrity RAGAGEP and OEM.

Maintain build andimprove test/ inspection program using the site CMMS.

Prescribe maintain and improve predictive andpreventative maintenance for equipment that maximized the life ofthe asset.

Apply Risk Based Maintenance to unitassets.

Provide daytoday process engineeringand technical support to plant operations including troubleshootingefforts.

Participate in Process Hazard AnalysisLayer of Protection Analysis and Hazard and OperabilityStudy.

Fulfil engineering action items asassigned.

SmallCapital Projects

Generate detailedscope of work documents for CAPEX and plant expensebasedprojects

Ensure projects are implemented safelycommission new equipment and provide startup support.

Provide basic support in projects from conceptual designthrough basic engineering and construction phases.

Overall Equipment Efficiency

Ensures technical plant availability wasdetermined in Best Practice Guideline.

Optimizeplant performance.

Investigate where and whylosses arise or can be reduced by identifying weak points andavailable killers.

Supports the management ofalarm management for the site.

Evaluatemaintenance costs as productspecific and consider connection withthe technical availability and the level of replacement investmentsover a longer period of time.
