  • Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse operations, inventory management.

  • Manage day to day operations of a large-scale warehouse and take accountability of delivering the daily performance targets
  • Play a key managerial role of supporting the FC head with excellence in execution
  • Manage large teams of outsourced staff directly and indirectly
  • Produce reports and statistics regularly (IN/OUT status report, dead stock report etc)
  • Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency
  • Arrange and plan out warehouse, plan routes and process shipments
  • Resolve any arising problems or complaints
  • Supervise, coach and train the team
  • Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets
  • Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements
  • Continuously look for improvements to operations
  • Working proactively with various departments to realize efficiencies and manage expectations

Experience :

  • 4 years of proven working experience as a warehouse manager/ Operation/ Station/ Hub/ Last Mile Manager
  • Expertise in warehouse management procedures and best practices
  • Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives
  • Strong knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Hands on experience with warehouse management software and databases
  • Leadership skills and ability manage staff
  • Strong decision making and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30, ₹50,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
