What will you do?


Business Analysis :

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of current business processes, systems, and workflows to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories, ensuring alignment with project objectives and stakeholder needs.
  • Facilitate requirement prioritization sessions and manage stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle.


Project Management:

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
  • Coordinate project activities and resources, ensuring adherence to project milestones and deadlines.
  • Conduct regular project status meetings, providing updates to stakeholders and addressing any issues or concerns.
  • Monitor project progress and performance metrics, identifying and addressing deviations from planned outcomes.
  • Proactively mitigate project risks and escalate issues as needed to ensure timely resolution.
  • Foster collaboration and communication among cross-functional teams to drive project success.


Documentation and Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including requirements documents, project plans, and progress reports.
  • Prepare and present project status reports and executive summaries to key stakeholders, highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommended actions.


Continuous Improvement:

  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains within project management methodologies and business analysis practices.
  • Actively participate in post-project reviews and lessons learned sessions to capture insights and best practices for future projects.
