Responsibilities :

- Collaboration : Facilitate effective communication and knowledge sharing among team members, promoting a culture of transparency and continuous improvement.


- Quality Assurance and Risk Management : Define and implement quality assurance processes and standards to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet client requirements.


- Quality Assurance and Risk Management : Identify, assess, and manage project risks, proactively address potential issues and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.


- Quality Assurance and Risk Management : Conduct thorough project reviews and post-implementation evaluations to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.


- Stakeholder Communication and Reporting : Prepare and deliver regular project status reports, including key metrics, milestones achieved, risks, and issues, to project sponsors, stakeholders, and senior leadership.

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (Masters degree preferred).


- At least 6+ years of experience in technical project management, preferably in a consulting or professional services environment.


- Strong understanding of software development methodologies, agile frameworks, and project management best practices.


- A proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex technical projects within scope, schedule, and budget.


- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.


- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities, with the capacity to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.


- Solid problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.


- Proficiency in project management tools and software.


- Relevant certifications, such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or Agile certifications, are a plus.
