The Senior Associate, Solution Engineering has a significant role in developing large-scale enterprise level backend-end solutions and ensuring that software functionality is implemented with a focus on code optimization. This role has significance in the designing and architecture of digital projects to improve financial services for families, small businesses, multinational corporations, and non-profit organizations. Role Responsibilities Lead a Team Technically and mentor Associates and Jr. Associates. Develop and implement new software, maintain and improve existing software Ensure that software functionality is implemented with a with a focus on code optimization and organization Recommend improvements to existing software programs Troubleshoot application issues and coordinate issue resolution with operations, functional, and technical teams Work with a software development team and Service providers in a geographically distributed structure Works independently on complex projects Apply Agile methodology daily and follow Definition of Done (DoD) process for better quality by maintaining unit test, code coverage and integration test coverage. Role Requirements 5+ years of demonstrated software development experience. Hand-on expertise on Native iOS (Objective-C & Swift) Deep Understanding and Knowledge about JSON, SOAP, REST. Worked with AngularJS, HTML, CSS, and Cordova. Good to have: ReactJS, AWS Cloud. Must be a problem solver with demonstrated experience in solving difficult technological challenges, with a can-do attitude. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to interact with cross-functional roles.
