About the Role

Our client is building a
powerful creative team in India
to support global marketing initiatives. We are seeking an experienced
Brand Designer
to define and drive the visual identity across all touchpoints. This role blends creativity, leadership, and strategic vision — ensuring that every campaign delivers a visually cohesive and emotionally resonant brand experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Visual Direction:
    Lead the visual strategy and execution for 360° campaigns across digital, social, print, and experiential platforms.
  • Brand Consistency:
    Ensure all creative output reflects the brand's design system, visual language, and tone, maintaining consistency across markets.
  • Collaboration:
    Work closely with copywriters, strategists, AVP of Creative, SVP Marketing, and account managers to translate campaign objectives into impactful visuals.
  • Mentorship:
    Guide and mentor junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and design excellence.
  • Innovation:
    Stay ahead of design trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh, cutting-edge ideas to campaigns.
  • Quality Control:
    Review, refine, and approve design work to ensure high standards of craft and delivery.
  • End-to-End Execution:
    Oversee the full design process — from concept development to production — ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Education:
    Bachelor's or Master's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field.
  • Experience:
    6–10 years of design experience, including at least 2–3 years leading or mentoring a design team.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
  • Knowledge of Figma or other collaborative design tools.
  • Strong understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and layout.
  • Creative Strengths:
    Exceptional eye for detail, aesthetics, and visual storytelling.
  • Soft Skills:
    Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills; ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience designing for
    FMCG, Real Estate, and Luxury brands
    or other premium categories.
  • Familiarity with digital campaign metrics and understanding of how design impacts performance.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, global, and multicultural environment.
