Team Structure: Supervisors, Executives
Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Facility Manager to oversee the operational management of our hospital facilities in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 7 years of experience in hospital or healthcare facility operations, ensuring full statutory compliance, maintaining infrastructure standards, and managing support services effectively. The role excludes emergency or OTS duties.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Statutory Compliance

  • Ensure 100% compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements including:

  • Fire NOC

  • Pollution Control Board (PCB)
  • Trade License
  • Pharmacy License
  • Death Registration
  • Nursing Home License

2. Housekeeping & Infection Control

  • Oversee housekeeping operations to ensure high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and infection control.
  • Conduct regular audits and implement corrective actions.

3. Facility & Maintenance Management

  • Monitor and maintain building infrastructure and ensure timely preventive and corrective maintenance.
  • Manage procurement and maintenance of fixed assets.
  • Submit regular maintenance and compliance reports to the City Head.

4. Food & Beverage Services

  • Supervise F&B services to ensure nutritional quality, hygiene, and safety protocols are met.
  • Ensure timely service as per patient and hospital schedules.

5. Security Management

  • Manage all security operations including:

  • In/Out movement of patients, staff, materials, and visitors

  • Surveillance system monitoring
  • Vendor and logistics gate controls

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

  • 5 to 7 years of experience in a hospital or healthcare facility environment.
  • Strong working knowledge of:

  • Statutory compliance and audits

  • Vendor coordination and negotiations
  • Operational efficiency and team management

  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
