Salary Range :
₹35,000 – ₹45,000 per month (based on experience & skills).

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Logistics Executive located in Hyderabad. The Logistics Executive will be responsible for managing logistical operations, coordinating supply chain activities, overseeing customer service interactions, and ensuring timely deliveries. Daily tasks will include handling logistics management, supply chain management, and sales support.

Qualifications

  • Customer Service and Communication skills
  • Experience in Logistics Management and Supply Chain Management
  • Sales skills and capabilities
  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks
  • Relevant experience in a logistics or supply chain role is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related field

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage international container bookings from India, Vietnam, Malaysia, and other regions to the USA and other destinations.
  • Negotiate with shipping lines and freight forwarders for best rates and schedules.
  • Coordinate and verify export-import documentation (BL, invoice, packing list, etc.).
  • Ensure timely tracking and updates of shipments.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with forwarders, CFS, CHA, and shipping lines.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2–3 years' experience in logistics, shipping, or freight forwarding.
  • Strong communication skills in English (both written & verbal).
  • Good bargaining and negotiation skills with forwarders.
  • Familiarity with Incoterms, HS codes, and customs process (preferred).
  • Willingness to relocate to Hyderabad (Financial District).
