We are expanding our creative team and looking for a passionate Motion Graphics Specialist who can bring our digital creations to life through compelling motion design, product showcases, and 2D character animations. This is a full-time opportunity with a 2-month paid probation period, a competitive salary, and an optional revenue/profit-sharing model for long-term contributors.
Role Description:
We're seeking a highly creative and technically skilled Motion Graphics Specialist to join our growing team. This role involves creating visually stunning motion content for product demos, app showcases, and animated explainer videos. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio of work including 2D vector character animations, product walkthroughs, and motion-based storytelling, especially tailored for mobile/web applications, 3D games, and AR/VR interfaces.

- Product Demo Videos: Develop narrative-driven video content that visually explains product features and benefits in engaging formats.
- Character Animation: Design and animate 2D vector characters for explainer videos and digital storytelling.
- Video Production: Work on end-to-end video creation including scripting, storyboarding, animation, and post-production.
- Collaboration: Work closely with UI/UX designers, product teams, and developers to understand product features and translate them into engaging motion stories.
- Visual Storytelling: Create visually consistent, branded motion content that elevates product experience and communication.
- Trend Awareness: Stay updated with motion trends, animation tools, and visual storytelling formats relevant to the tech and design space.
- Optimization & Delivery: Deliver final videos in optimized formats for websites, social media, app stores, and presentations.
Qualifications:
- 2–4 years of experience in motion design, animation, or a similar creative role.
- Strong portfolio of product showcase videos, 2D animated explainers, or motion UI design (Link to portfolio required).
- Proficiency in tools like After Effects, Adobe Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and/or Blender/Spine/Lottie.
- Experience creating 2D vector character animations and iconography-based visuals.
- Ability to visualize and animate software/app features in an intuitive and engaging way.
- Basic understanding of UI/UX design and front-end development to align animations with product workflows.
- Strong storytelling, timing, and pacing skills in video editing and animation.
- Excellent collaboration skills and attention to detail.
Bonus Points:
- Experience creating motion graphics for AR/VR, 3D games, or interactive product tours.
- Ability to work with Figma files and convert them into animated UI mockups.
- Familiarity with tools like Lottie, Spline, or Unity's animation workflows.
- Interest in gamified visual storytelling and interactive motion assets.
- Knowledge of voiceover integration and sound syncing in video assets.
