Job Summary
Job Title: Senior Project Manager Location: TechM GURUGRAM Years of Experience: 10 15 Years Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager with a strong background in SAP S/4 HANA Rise with SAP PCA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading complex projects, ensuring successful delivery while adhering to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership and communication skills, capable of managing cross functional teams and engaging with stakeholders at all levels. Responsibilities: Lead and manage end to end project lifecycle for SAP S/4 HANA Rise with SAP PCA implementations. Develop project plans, including scope, schedule, resources, and budget, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Coordinate with cross functional teams to ensure project milestones are met and deliverables are achieved. Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing issues that may impact project success. Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure alignment throughout the project. Facilitate project meetings, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among team members. Monitor project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, providing regular status reports to senior management. Ensure compliance with organizational policies and best practices in project management. Mentor and guide junior project managers and team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Mandatory Skills: Proven experience in project management with a focus on SAP S/4 HANA Rise with SAP PCA. Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.). Excellent leadership and team management skills. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively. Proficient in project management tools and software. Strong analytical and problem solving abilities. Preferred Skills: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent. Experience with change management processes and methodologies. Knowledge of industry best practices in SAP implementations. Familiarity with cloud technologies and digital transformation initiatives. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field years of experience in project management, with a focus on SAP S/4 HANA Rise with SAP PCA. Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
