Job Title: Test Engineer (Fresher / Junior QA Engineer) Company:  Vehonitor  Experience:  0–1 Year (Freshers Welcome)  Location:  Onsite (Work From Office)-Thiruvanmiyur , Chennai  Employment Type:  Full-Time  Bond:  2 Years Job Overview Vehonitor is looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented Test Engineers  with a strong interest in Software Quality Assurance. This role is perfect for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience  who are eager to build a career in Manual and Automation Testing .  You will work closely with senior QA engineers and development teams to ensure high-quality software delivery. Key Responsibilities Understand product requirements and assist in preparing test scenarios and test cases. Perform manual testing  including functional, regression, and sanity testing. Learn and contribute to automation testing  using Selenium or Playwright. Assist in developing and maintaining basic automation scripts. Execute test cases, identify defects, and log them in tools like JIRA. Collaborate with developers and QA members to ensure timely defect resolution. Participate in Agile ceremonies (daily stand-up, sprint planning, retrospectives). Continuously learn and contribute to QA process improvements. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or any related field. Good understanding of Manual Testing concepts . Basic knowledge of Automation Tools  (Selenium, Playwright, etc.). Familiarity with at least one programming language (Java/Python/Java Script). Basic understanding of SQL and API testing fundamentals. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Good communication skills and eagerness to learn. Good to Have Exposure to test automation tools during academic projects. Familiarity with Postman or any API testing tools. Understanding of Git or version control systems. Work Details Work Mode:  Work From Office Timings:  9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Salary Range:  ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month Week Offs:  2nd and 4th Saturday + Sunday Bond:  2 Years Eligibility:  Both Freshers and Experienced (0–1 yr) can apply Why Join Vehonitor?
