Job OpportunityA team at a leading software company is looking for an experienced SDET / DevOps Engineer to lead the development of performance test labs.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automation and CI/CD tools, with experience in designing and executing load tests. They should also be proficient in scripting languages like PowerShell or Python, and have knowledge of containerized applications and observability tools.Key Responsibilities:Design and develop test automation frameworks using Jenkins or GitLab CI.Automate environment setup, patching, and provisioning of Liberty and IIS servers.Run load, stress, and scalability tests using JMeter, k6, or Gatling.Capture metrics, logs, and traces to detect and debug regressions.Collaborate with development and QA teams on performance fixes and pipelines.Requirements:At least 6 years of experience in automation, SDET, or DevOps roles.Strong understanding of scripting languages (PowerShell, Python, or Bash).Proficiency in CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps).Knowledge of containerized applications and observability tools (Grafana, ELK, etc.).Why This Role Matters:This position offers a unique blend of automation, DevOps, and performance engineering in a global enterprise product team.
