Job Title : Technical Project Manager

Job Location : Hinjewadi- Phase1, Pune (WFO)

Experience : 8+ Years

Shift : 1:30 PM to 9:30 PM IST , Monday to Friday

Qualification : BE , MCA ,BCA



Responsibilities :


  • Determining project requirements and developing work schedules for the team.
  • Delegating tasks and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
  • Liaising with team members, management, and clients to ensure projects are completed to standard.
  • Identifying risks and forming contingency plans as soon as possible.
  • Being transparent with the team about challenges, failures, and successes.
  • Writing progress reports and delivering presentations to the relevant stakeholders.
  • Participate in the Sales call to address Clients/Prospects for technical guidance
  • Managing Client Escalations, Internal conflicts and change management


Must have Skills:


  • Should have more than 7+ years of experience
  • Strong Team management experience
  • Technology Stack: Microsoft Stack, Flutter, Cloud (Preferably: AWS) and SQL
  • Sound foundational knowledge of IT infrastructure and architecture
  • Sense of balance between the roles of project manager and technical advisor
  • Ability to communicate effectively in both technical and non-technical terms
  • You love collaborative environments that use agile methodologies to encourage creative design thinking and
  • Find innovative ways to develop with cutting-edge technologies
  • Ambitious individual who can work under their direction towards agreed targets/goals and with a creative approach to work
  • Intuitive individual with an ability to manage change and proven time management
  • Proven interpersonal skills while contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Up-to-date technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing publications
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
