Role Description

This full-time on-site role, located in Chennai, is for a Team Lead – Technology And Projects (Embedded Systems And IoT). The Team Lead will be responsible for leading and managing technology and project teams, overseeing the development and implementation of embedded systems and IoT solutions. Key responsibilities include project planning, system design, coding, testing, and deployment. The role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and optimizing system performance.

Qualifications

  • Strong proficiency in Embedded Systems, Microcontrollers, and Firmware Development
  • Experience in Internet of Things (IoT) and related technologies
  • Project Management and Team Leadership skills
  • Knowledge of Data Analytics and Real-time Alert Systems
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a team environment
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
  • Experience with water management systems is an added advantage
