We value honest feedback delivered with kindness, and we value people who ask questions.Key Responsibilities:In this role, you’ll handle sensitive data with the utmost care and discretion, executing criticaltasks that keep our operations running seamlessly. You’ll be trusted with key responsibilitiessuch as:Payment Reconciliation: Ensure accuracy in payment tracking and reconciliation.Expense Management: Ensure that all expenses are accurately reflected in our financial records.KYC & Member Data: Conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) processes and manage key member data.Post-Investment Administration: Oversee the administration of critical tasks following investment decisions..Your attention to detail will ensure our operations are not only efficient but also trustworthy and compliant.Requirements:You are hard-working, organised, and reliable.You excel at context-switching and can easily adapt to new tasks.You are analytical and comfortable working with numbers.You have a strong attention to detail and can be trusted with highly sensitive information.You are discreet and understand the importance of confidentiality.You are an excellent communicator, able to collaborate effectively with every team in the organisation.You are curious and passionate about increasing efficiency and automation. You have a growth mindset and are eager to learn new tools to improve your work.Additional requirements:You are adaptable and willing to roll up your sleeves to work on time-consuming and repetitive processes, understanding the realities of working in an early-stage startup.You have a passion for, or interest in, the world of investment and are eager to learn more.Work Schedule:The client is UK-based, but has also launched in the US. As such, you will be required to work to a UK shift pattern that will overlap with the US team:Monday to Friday12.00 PM - 21.00 PM GMT (17.30 PM - 2.30 AM IST)Pay & Benefits - What we offer:Annual CTC: 6 - 8 lakh per yearFully remote roleCompany laptop provided11 public holidays
