Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bangalore/Chamarajanagar. The Biomedical Specialist will be responsible for integrating, maintaining, and troubleshooting medical devices within the hospital's critical care environment. Daily tasks include coordinating with healthcare professionals across the installation sites to ensure the proper functionality of the medical IoT platform, monitoring real-time data integration, Tele ICU operations and providing immediate technical support to ensure seamless operation. Additional responsibilities include training staff on connecting medical devices and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives with the hospital and remote sites for device performance and data accuracy.

Qualifications

  • Possess skills in Device Integration, Data Management, and Real-time & Remote Monitoring
  • Experience in Maintenance, Troubleshooting, and Technical Support of Medical Devices and networking
  • Training and Communication skills for educating healthcare professionals
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently
  • Experience in the healthcare or medical device industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Clinical Engineering, or a related field
