Analyst, Specialist Data Analyst, Transformation and Data -(WD78177)Key Responsibilities: Advanced Data Collection & Management: Develop and maintain data pipelines for efficient data ingestion, transformation, and loading (ETL/ELT). Ensure data quality, integrity, and accuracy through validation, cleaning, and reconciliation processes. Manage and optimize data storage solutions (e.g., SQL databases, NoSQL databases, data lakes). Reporting & Visualization: Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau, Power BI, Qlik Sense, or similar. Translate complex data findings into clear, concise, and visually compelling presentations for diverse audiences (technical and non-technical). Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track business performance and identify areas for improvement. Automate reporting processes where possible. Business Acumen & Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders (marketing, product, finance, operations) to understand their challenges and translate them into analytical questions. Present findings and insights to senior management, influencing strategic decisions. Act as a subject matter expert for data-related inquiries within their domain. Tooling & Technical Proficiency: Expertise in SQL for complex data querying, manipulation, and database management. Familiar in at least one programming language for data analysis, such as Python (with libraries like Pandas, NumPy, SciPy, Scikit-learn) or R. Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and data modeling techniques.
